This shift of the northern mist to the white dust of the southern island, provides an exceptional strangeness to the original work of Shakespeare.
Typical of the Elizabethan theater where men play all the roles, Lady Macbeth is striking as a bearded woman, the witches all more delirious than each other. The simple and brilliant staging perfectly reveals all the horror of the plot.
